Can I cancel anytime?+
Anytime, from your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then you switch back to Free automatically. No notice, no penalty.
Do you refund if I'm not happy?+
Yes: money-back within 5 days of your first payment. Email us at melv.ceylan@gmail.com, we'll fully refund you and switch your account back to Free.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data stays in our database. You'll get the last 12 months read-only (Free mode). If you re-subscribe later, your full history becomes accessible again.
Why no free trial?+
Because the Free tier is already very generous (14 methods, 5 goals, 12 months of history). You can test without paying, no card needed. If Free isn't enough, go Pro for €2/month.
Are early users getting perks?+
Yes. Every account created before the freemium switch gets the Family plan for life, free. Thanks for testing pécule early.
Is this billed by Nagueune Software?+
Yes. pécule is a service published by Nagueune Software SAS, registered in Paris (RCS 103 602 157). Billing and payments go through Stripe. You'll receive a PDF invoice by email for each charge.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?+
Yes, French VAT 20% included. €2 incl. = €1.67 ex-VAT + €0.33 VAT. You'll receive a compliant invoice for each payment.
Any student or non-profit pricing?+
Not yet. If you're in a special situation, drop us a line — we look at it case by case.
